Re: Stress and the General Degradation of Culture, Ethics, & Morals: turn off social media and all news channels for a full day once a week. Be yourself with family and friends and enjoy good food & drink together. Stop watching videos, but old movies without violence and full of humor would be good. Read a book that's a page turner. Journal about what's bugging you and turn to a Higher Power to find answers.

TIP FOR THE WEEK: ON THE TOPIC OF AT-HOME FITNESS
If you are physically fit, you are less of a target for The Virus. That's because your immune system benefits from aerobic and cardiovascular conditioning. Don't do this if you're not cleared by your doctor. Check out the video to the Right - and the ones that come up when you Google, "tabata workout videos." (shout out to my friend, Rolf M.) |
