Rates

Note: I make my living from satisfied clients and word-of-mouth referrals. My rates reflect professional services fees for a job well done. I want you to be completely satisfied from the outset so please contact me by email immediately with any questions regarding fees or to obtain a current copy of our Rate Sheet, Retainer Agreements, or contract proposals. I extend discounted hourly rates and flexible payment schedules to honorably discharged U.S. Veterans, and persons with special needs, as well as non-profit organizations.

Expert testimony
Medical Forensic Investigations
Hourly - $300. Includes but is not limited to:
  • Medical document review such as medical records; autopsies; laboratory or radiology reports; or medical testimony – both civil and criminal cases, average speed is 200 pages/hour, individual cases will vary.
  • Analysis of medical forensic findings in VIDEO evidence
  • Obtaining, screening, and securing medical experts & related expertise such as toxicology, biomechanical engineers, ballistic analysis, pathologists, DNA testing, etc.
  • Digital crime scene reproduction using 3-D Laser Scanner with HD photography:  $600/hr., minimum 12 hours.  This does not include litigation fees.

Routine private investigations

Hourly - $125. Includes but is not limited to:
  • Corporate or private business “secret shopper” services*
  • obtaining medical or legal records
  • witness or client interviews (non-medical forensics cases)
  • Asset or person location
  • Skip tracing
* for purposes of developing actionable intelligence for customer service QA/QI.

In court - flat rate of $3,000 for first court appearance, civil or criminal. Includes up to 8 hours of discovery review, subject interviews, attorney consultation, etc. 2nd day and subsequent appearances - $1,500/day, not including travel expenses @$450/day, regardless whether testimony given.  To receive a current copy of our Rate Sheet - a detailed list of service prices, go to the "MORE..." and then "Contact Us" buttons above, fill in the blanks, and send us a request! 

Telephonic DMV hearings - expert testimony, telephonic - flat rate, $1200.  In-person appearances subject to additional routine travel expense charges.
